Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after the return period has expired

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization, any applicable shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
